One of Mav's friends, and a Seer. He seems to have far too much energy most of the time, and his mind goes to strange places. The best word I can think of to describe him is high-strung. I can tell he feels stifled in a school environment, and I can't entirely blame him. But given the state his visions leave him in, and his reaction to the one I saw him have, I don't think leaving him to his own devices would be a good idea...
